Sunset Restaurant Management Group operates 15 restaurant/bar locations throughout Southern California. We are constantly acquiring new restaurants/bars, so now is the time to join our rapidly expanding company! We are hiring an entry-level office administrator to work in our corporate office located in West Hollywood.
Primary duties of the job include general office functions (filing, answering phones) and basic bookkeeping tasks (auditing receipts, data entry). Occasional errands may also be necessary.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail orientated, able to prioritize and able to work independently. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication, correspondence and computer skills – MS Excel and QuickBooks knowledge is a plus!
No previous accounting or finance experience is required, but previous office work experience is preferred.
This job is for a minimum of 25 hours per week (Monday – Friday) but can be expanded to Full-Time for the right applicant.
